Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the full spectrum of HR functions, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting business growth
- Define and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, salary adjustments and promotions, performance management, HR system administration, training programs, and employee benefits/insurance.
- Hands-on experience in managing work pass applications and expatriates management.
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to regional leadership, overseeing human resources and administrative functions.
- Serve as a communication bridge between headquarters and the Singapore office.
- Manage workforce planning, coordinate projects, and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise all office administrative matters, ensuring smooth daily operations and successful execution of company events and activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, Singapore labor laws, compensation, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple HR functions and engage senior leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of diversity and an inclusive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across regions
