HR Manager | Consumer Goods - High-Growth International Business

Frazer Jones is exclusively partnering with a high-growth consumer goods business in their search for a HR Manager. This is a critical role responsible for shaping and executing the HR strategy across two key markets: Singapore and Malaysia, while aligning with the company's broader international HR agenda. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore, reporting directly to the Head of HR and working closely with the Heads of Departments based in Singapore. This is an individual contributor role that is fully responsible for all HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

As the HR Manager, you will take full ownership of the HR operations for both SG and MY offices. The total headcount in Singapore is approximately 95, comprising of corporate staff and mainly senior leadership. As the dedicated HR Business Partner for the SG and MY offices as well, you will need to double-up as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving a high-performance, people-first culture. Concurrently, a key part of your remit will involve HR operations including employee onboarding/offboarding, as well as performance management, learning and development, lead in initiatives or projects to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, manage complex employee relations matters, and drive organizational development efforts (except Talent Acquisition).

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR Generalist or HR Business Partner who is able to manage operational work with 8 to 10 years of progressive experience. You bring a solid understanding of employment legislation, minimally of Singapore and Malaysia. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and have demonstrated success in partnering directly with senior stakeholders to shape and implement strategic HR initiatives.
