Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding

• Manage employee relations and engagement

• Oversee performance management and training programmes

• Handle compensation, payroll, and benefits

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies

• Provide HR reports and workforce insights

Requirements

Degree in HR or related field

Minimum 5 years of HR experience

Strong knowledge of employment laws

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

HR certification is an advantage

Prior experience in Shipping companies preferred - Shipowners, Ship management
