Job Description
- Partner closely with business leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Lead full-spectrum HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce planning
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, market benchmarking and annual review exercises
- Drive learning and development initiatives, training needs analysis and capability-building programmes
- Manage performance management processes including goal setting, appraisal cycles and calibration exercises
- Ensure effective HR operations covering payroll coordination, leave administration, policy governance and employee enquiries
- Support regional HR initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across Singapore and India to enhance people processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualified with at least 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- Proven experience managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities
- Prior people management or team leadership experience
- Exposure to compensation & benefits, performance management and organisational development initiatives
- Experience working within shipping, maritime, logistics or similarly complex operational environments preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Comfortable partnering with regional stakeholders and supporting multi-country HR operations
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills
