A precision engineering firm with regional presence is looking for a HR Manager (Shared Service)

Your new role

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, this is a newly created role due to expansion plan.

The HR Manager will be responsible for streamlining HR workflow through use of automation and technology. You will need to establish the different standards and procedures for handling of employee questions, transactions, and administration of HR programs.

In addition, you will work closely with the regional HR Business Partners on the various SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, exit of employees, performance improvement plan and lead the implementation of HR projects / initiatives,

Last but not least, you will also oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure timely monthly CPF & foreign levy submissions. In-charge of IRAS preparation & submission and tax clearance for foreigners (if applicable)

What you'll need to succeed

The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources or Group Shared Service experience. In addition, the HR Manager requires a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with demonstrated success in building, leading and motivating effective teams.

Experience designing and implemented HR Shared Services will be preferred.

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is an important required due to the Group's sizeable presence in the China market.
