About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced candidate in Staffing to drive our talent acquisition strategy and lead recruitment operations across multiple departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the staffing recruitment function, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels
- Manage a team of recruitment specialists and coordinate recruitment activities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Analyses recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
- Manage recruitment budgets and outsourced partners relationships
- Lead special recruitment projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in a high-volume recruitment managing diverse roles
- Demonstrates resilience and thrives under pressure
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
