Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced candidate in Staffing to drive our talent acquisition strategy and lead recruitment operations across multiple departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the staffing recruitment function, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels
  • Manage a team of recruitment specialists and coordinate recruitment activities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyses recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
  • Manage recruitment budgets and outsourced partners relationships
  • Lead special recruitment projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in a high-volume recruitment managing diverse roles
  • Demonstrates resilience and thrives under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
