Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore- easily accessible. The HR Manager is responsible for:
Duties
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, supporting both current and future organizational needs.
Full-Spectrum HR Management: Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, training & development, employee engagement, and compliance.
Advisory & Employee Relations: Act as a trusted HR advisor to management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues and grievance handling, while fostering a positive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure HR policies, systems, and processes are legally compliant and effectively implemented across the organization, supported by HR metrics and reporting.
Office & Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, administrative functions, and vendor management to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Budget & Regulatory Oversight: Manage office budgets cost-effectively and ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.
Requirements
Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience as HR manager or HR Business Partner/Advisor, with office and operational management
Experienced in HR Operations, HR strategy, planning and initiatives
