What youll do:

As Human Resources Manager based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of human capital management across both local headquarters and international offices.

  • Lead comprehensive recruitment processes for positions across Singapore, the United States, and Asia, managing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations for all levels of the organisation.
  • Develop tailored talent acquisition strategies for specialised roles in investment management, operational functions, deep-tech sectors, and corporate services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive search firms, recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to ensure access to top-tier talent globally.
  • Coordinate cross-border hiring processes including permits, visa sponsorships, and relocation support for international hires to facilitate seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop succession planning strategies that support long-term organisational growth.
  • Oversee all HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll activities, benefits administration, and employee records management across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in all regions where the group operates by maintaining up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes by conducting periodic benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable structures are maintained.
  • Manage HR systems and databases with a focus on data accuracy, confidentiality, accessibility for reporting purposes, and decision-making support.
  • Lead annual performance reviews, goal-setting processes, compensation review cycles while supporting employee engagement initiatives.

What you bring:

To excel as Human Resources Manager you will bring substantial experience gained from progressive roles within international organisationsideally those operating across multiple markets such as Singapore or the United States.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Business A Masters degree or professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/CIPD) is highly preferred for advanced expertise.
  • At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in human resources with 3-5 years spent in management or leadership roles within multi-market or international settings.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse technical, investment-focused, operational and executive positions across different geographies.
  • Deep understanding of employment regulations in Singapore as well as exposure to US labour laws and other Asian market requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices including compensation design frameworks, benefits administration protocols and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to build trustful relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organisation while influencing positive outcomes.
  • High degree of discretion required for handling sensitive information confidentially alongside demonstrated integrity in all interactions.
  • Strong organisational abilities paired with project management skills allowing effective prioritisation amidst competing demands within a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency using HR information systems (HRIS) combined with advanced Microsoft Office suite capabilities for efficient data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute proactively towards collaborative solutions that enhance employee engagement within an inclusive workplace.
