Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a privately owned, APAC‑based organisation to appoint an HR Manager to support its business operations and longer‑term people agenda. The organisation operates through a regional headquarters in Singapore, with business interests and teams across the ANZ region. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, providing both strategic guidance and hands‑on execution across the full spectrum of human resources, ensuring the organisation is supported by practical, effective, and scalable people practices.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will have full ownership of end‑to‑end HR processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining HR policies, frameworks, and governance, while acting as a trusted advisor on workforce matters, organization design, and company culture. The role also places a strong emphasis on modern HR operations and efficiency, with the expectation that technology and automation will be used thoughtfully to streamline workflows, reduce manual administration, and enhance overall effectiveness in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder management will be a key aspect of the role. The successful candidate will support a diverse employee population, including senior and long‑tenured staff, and will need to navigate change with empathy, clarity, and sound judgement. Building trust across the organization, managing employee relations professionally, and sustaining a practical, people‑centred culture are critical success factors. Over time, the role may also support the structuring and oversight of HR resources beyond Singapore as regional needs evolve.
The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 9 years of progressive HR experience, with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. A strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation is essential, while regional exposure is considered an advantage. The organisation is seeking someone who is a fast learner, commercially minded, comfortable operating with ambiguity, and genuinely interested in evolving the HR function through smarter tools and processes.
This is a highly autonomous role, well suited to an HR professional who enjoys responsibility, visibility, and operating without layers of hierarchy.
