Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

MantraCare is a healthcare service provider offering services related to mental health, wellness, and fitness. We operate across both B2B and B2C segments, serving clients across India and international markets.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager – Recruitment to lead our recruitment function and manage a team of recruiters.

Role Overview

The HR Manager – Recruitment will be responsible for leading the recruitment team and managing end-to-end hiring requirements for MantraCare across Indian and international markets.

This is a team leadership role, and candidates must have prior experience managing a full-time HR/Recruitment team of 4–10 members.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-driven, and capable of managing recruiters while independently handling critical and senior-level hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Team Leadership

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment team.

Manage a team of 4–10 full-time HR/Recruitment employees.

Take ownership of the complete recruitment function.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Allocate hiring requirements among team members.

Monitor recruiter productivity and performance.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Mentor and train recruiters.

Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.

Build a target-driven and accountable recruitment culture.

2. Indian & International Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment requirements for Indian and international markets.

Handle hiring across multiple departments and functions.

Understand manpower requirements from management and department heads.

Develop sourcing strategies for different roles and markets.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

Manage both bulk and specialized hiring requirements.

Personally handle critical and senior-level positions when required.

Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.

3. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate follow-ups and feedback.

Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations.

Coordinate offer releases and joining.

Track candidate drop-offs and improve joining ratios.

4. Hiring Manager & Management Coordination

Work directly with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Ensure recruiters have clear job descriptions and hiring expectations.

Discuss candidate profiles and recruitment challenges with stakeholders.

Provide regular recruitment updates to management.

Escalate hiring bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Maintain effective coordination between recruiters and hiring managers.

5. Recruitment KPIs & Reporting

Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

Track recruiter-wise performance.

Monitor:

Open positions

Profiles sourced

Shortlisted candidates

Interviews scheduled

Interviews completed

Offers released

Joining ratio

Time-to-hire

Recruiter productivity

Prepare regular recruitment performance reports for management.

Analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement.

6. Recruitment Process Improvement

Develop and improve recruitment SOPs and processes.

Identify gaps in the existing hiring process.

Improve sourcing, screening, interview, and candidate-closing processes.

Introduce new recruitment channels and strategies.

Improve candidate experience and joining ratios.

Implement processes to improve recruiter productivity and hiring efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Prior team leadership experience is mandatory.

Must have managed a full-time HR/Recruitment team of 4–10 members or similar.

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Strong experience in setting and monitoring recruitment targets/KPIs.

Ability to independently manage and lead the recruitment function.

Preferred Experience

Experience in international recruitment.

Experience handling both B2B and B2C organizations.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, IT, BPO, startups, or service-based organizations.

Experience handling bulk as well as specialized hiring.

Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and other recruitment tools.

Ideal Candidate

We are specifically looking for someone who has already led a recruitment team and is ready to take ownership of the Talent Acquisition function.

Candidates with experience as a Recruitment Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or Senior Recruiter with substantial team leadership experience would be preferred.

Candidates who have only worked as individual recruiters without actual team management experience will not be considered.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 CTC per month

Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience, team management experience, recruitment expertise, and interview performance.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

3+ years of relevant Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience

Mandatory team leadership experience

Experience managing 4–10 full-time HR/Recruitment team members

Strong end-to-end recruitment experience

Experience handling Indian hiring requirements

International hiring experience preferred

Comfortable with ₹40,000–₹50,000 CTC (Negotiable)

Comfortable working 6 days a week from office

Available for an onsite interview in Paschim Vihar, Delhi
