Job Description

JD:

. Support to the Company's Management System, Training & Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and other Employee Relations functions.

. Lead HR and admin operational activities, guide, train, and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR and admin operations team.

. Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR and admin operations needs.

. Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment, and rewards strategies.

. Lead and/or participate in HR projects, events, and committees as and when assigned or appointed.

. Partners with the local leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

. Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives performance.

. Lead in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) of Labour and Ethics.

. Assist in overseeing the plant security matters.

. Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance.

. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

. Provide reports to the client, operation and management.

. Any other HR, Ops Admin work assigned by the management.

Requirement:

. Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

. IHRP CP / SP preferred.

. 5-8 years of HR experience in Singapore.

. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

. Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards in labour and ethics.

. Knowledge of Customs Bulk Permit.

. Good communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
