We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our HR team and contribute actively to the execution of HR strategies and initiatives. This is a hands-on role encompassing the full spectrum of recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting the organisation's talent acquisition objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate selection.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract and secure quality candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job advertisements.
- Oversee job postings across various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and other online portals.
- Administer and enhance onboarding and exit management processes.
- Facilitate orientation programmes to familiarise new hires with the organisation's culture, policies and practices.
- Continuously review and improve onboarding experiences based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Handle/ support HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes to support continuous improvement and talent acquisition planning.
- Analyse hiring trends, identify talent gaps and recommend recruitment strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. IHRP certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 6 years of relevant recruitment experience in a fast-paced operating environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment practices, HR policies, and Singapore employment legislation.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and job boards such as JobStreet and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project coordination skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and adaptable, with strong people skills and a collaborative approach towards continuous improvement.
