Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Human Resources Manager, where you'll drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a collaborative workplace culture. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives. Supervise and review the performance of the Human Resources team. Facilitate strong management and employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances. Manage the recruitment and selection process to meet current and future business needs. Promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Oversee the development and monitoring of HR strategies, systems, and policies organization-wide. Create and maintain a positive working environment. Administer a performance appraisal system that fosters high performance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices throughout the HR function. Report HR metrics to management to support decision-making. Identify training needs and oversee the implementation of training programs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of HR experience, including prior team leadership roles. Experience in the insurance sector is a plus. Proficiency in HRIS payroll systems. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective relationships at all organization levels. Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and best practices in HR.
