We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our People Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day employee lifecycle administration, payroll governance, HR reporting, and operational support across the organisation.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions, tax filings, and related payments in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Review payroll records and employee data regularly to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and implement prompt corrective actions
- Liaise with statutory boards and external agencies on employment-related matters, including taxation, regulatory compliance, and contribution submissions
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics dashboards for monthly meetings
- Administer employee benefits, claims, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies and established guidelines
- Partner closely with operations stakeholders and internal teams to address employee enquiries and provide timely HR operational support
- Guide and support team members on HR operational processes and to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity
- Collaborate with HR system vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain HRIS functionality, system accuracy, and process reliability
Skills/Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or business management with at least 7 years of experience in similar capacity
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Meticulous and problem solver
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
