Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, retention, and offboarding).
  • Partner with senior leadership and line managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition activities, ensuring timely and quality hiring across all levels.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programmes, and internal communications.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and talent reviews.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including payroll coordination and market benchmarking support.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance on complex HR issues and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis and leadership development.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, HR analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
  • Drive HR projects, process improvements, and digital HR transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 7 years experience of HR Generalist/Manager experience in investment firms
  • Relevant qualifications in human resources or a related discipline.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and employment regulations.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems and data analysis tools.
