Job Description:
- Manage procurement and sourcing of medical and non-medical supplies.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and demand forecasting.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Ensure procurement complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Manage procurement budgets, spending, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams.
- Oversee front office operations, including calls, visitors, and staff competency.
- Coordinate residents medical transport arrangements
- Support emergency procurement, special projects, contract management, and business development initiatives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor in Human Resource
- Have relevant experience in healthcare for at least 7 years
