Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a Singapore‑based investment management firm to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is a key role within a lean and dynamic organisation, supporting senior stakeholders across the Singapore business.
This position will serve as a hands‑on HR contact, overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities in Singapore. Working closely with business stakeholders, the HR Manager will support core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement within a fast‑paced investment environment.
The HR Manager will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. The role will involve managing employee relations matters, handling day‑to‑day queries, and advising on disciplinary and conduct issues, while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation and internal policies.
Given the lean setup, the role requires a highly operational and detail‑oriented individual who is comfortable managing HR administration alongside advisory responsibilities. This includes maintaining and updating the employee handbook, reviewing HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance, and supporting enhancements to the performance review framework where required.
The HR Manager will collaborate with external partners and regional counterparts where applicable, while taking ownership of building fit‑for‑purpose HR frameworks. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a standalone or lean HR capacity, ideally within investment management, asset management, or financial services. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically are essential. Experience in driving HR transformation or change initiatives will be highly advantageous.
