- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations (MOM, PDPA), and internal HR policies.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, in a fair and professional manner.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights through data analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of HR experience with proven experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industries.
- Solid understanding of Singapore's employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with a hands-on approach.
- Experience using Timesoft will be an advantage.
