Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, review, and execute HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Assist the HR Director in leading the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, manpower planning, learning and development, recruitment initiatives, employer branding, as well as guiding and managing the HR team's performance.

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with applicable employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal company guidelines.

  • Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes to support smooth integration of new hires.

  • Handle employee relations matters, performance evaluation processes, succession planning, and career development programs.

  • Oversee staff attendance records, leave administration, and verification of timesheets for payroll accuracy.

  • Administer employee reimbursements, insurance, benefits, and staff welfare programs.

  • Track, evaluate, and interpret HR data and metrics, providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

  • Partner with management, department heads, and employees by offering professional HR guidance and advisory support.

  • Lead employee engagement, wellness, and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Work closely with ESG and safety consultants to support workplace safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring security services are delivered according to company standards and expectations.

  • Carry out additional duties or special projects assigned by senior leadership as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a hands-on HR generalist or HR operations role

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and HR compliance requirements

  • Experience in payroll processing and HR administration (end-to-end exposure preferred)

  • Familiar with performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and training & development

  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a must
