Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent
- Build strong employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and partnerships for efficiency and quality
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles are embedded in hiring practices
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational capability needs
- Establish leadership development, succession pipelines, and career progression frameworks
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and upskilling
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and drive employee engagement strategies to enhance retention and performance
- Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, values, and employee experience
- Oversee employee feedback mechanisms (surveys, focus groups) and action planning
- Champion well-being, inclusion, and a positive workplace environment
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business unit heads
- Provide expert HR advisory on organizational changes, performance management, and people issues
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, consultants, vendors) as needed
- Influence and drive alignment between HR strategy and business priorities
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10-15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies at an organizational level
