This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Manager/ Senior Manager (Human Capital Management). Based in Toa Payoh Central Region, this full-time role will be responsible for managing various human capital initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Plan and execute manpower strategies that ensure timely recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of manpower at the right time
Identify manpower needs with department managers and establish manpower budget
Review and enhance job grade structure and salary scales to ensure that the groups of jobs are competitive externally and equitable internally.
Review and align human resource policies and procedures to meet business needs, audit standards and compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations with continuously review and improvement on HR processes and systems to drive greater efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address human capital challenges
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
At least 5 -8 years of relevant experience in human capital management and operations. Applicants in the healthcare or services industry will have an advantage
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience in using HR information systems and AI
Good organizational skills with an ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and senior management
Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
Attention to details, ability to prioritize and multi-task
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
