Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and staff development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide HR advisory and support to management and staff.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree/ Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Able to work over time daily (including PUBLIC HOLIDAY and SAT/SUN)
