Job Responsibilities:
. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives and manpower strategies
. Drive learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis, annual training plans, and evaluation of training effectiveness
. Partner with management to formulate and execute strategic HR plans that support organizational growth and workforce planning
. Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team
. Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with MOM and statutory regulations
. Manage HR systems and processes using Prosoft HRMS, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting
. Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work culture
. Advise management on HR metrics, manpower trends, and continuous improvement initiatives
