HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits) to manage total rewards, payroll governance, and HR compliance within an aerospace/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compensation frameworks, job grading, salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives

• Oversee employee benefits including insurance, leave, and welfare programs

• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with MOM regulations and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS)

• Conduct salary benchmarking, workforce cost analysis, and manpower budgeting

• Partner with business stakeholders on retention, workforce planning, and HR policies

• Drive continuous improvement of C&B processes and HR systems

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits

• Prior experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing environment is required

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labour regulations

• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR analytics
