Oversee the full spectrum related to HR Training and Compensation & Benefits and implement key HR initiatives to align with organization's Key Results Areas.
Responsibilities:
Provide Guidance to HR Personal in aspect of Training and Development.
Responsible to ensure compliance to all legal statutory regulations (e.g. MOM and employee related, RBA, etc.
Oversea training and development needs for the employees to enhance they skills and carer development.
Ensure that SSG is competitive in our compensation, bench marking with related industries companies.
Source, recommend programs and identify training needs analysis using competency model.
Propose competitive compensation packages for salary adjustment including promotion and upgrade cases.
HRI and HRMC Liaison.
Maintain current knowledge on market issues and changes in government regulations affecting SSP compensation and benefits system.
Implement or Drive continuous improvement practices and HR projects in the organization.
Requirements:
Degree in HR Management.
Min 8-12 years of HR Experience in Training, Development, Compensation & Benefits.
Knowledge of HR/ HRD best practices and benchmark, and consultancy skills.
Good written and oral communication.
Knowledge of SSP culture, problem solving processes, and use of management tools.
Flexibility: A willingness to meet job requirements above personal goals.
Open-mindedness & positive attitude: A willingness to change as the position leads the way to new processes and changes.

Time & project management skills to handle multiple tasks.
