Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions for Ace Water Pte Ltd. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning
  • Advise management on HR-related matters and best practices

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Build talent pipelines to support company expansion

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and benchmark salary structures and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with CPF contributions and statutory requirements

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain proper HR documentation and employee records

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
  • Support employee career development and leadership training initiatives

7. HR Operations

  • Manage HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)
  • Oversee leave management, attendance, and employee data
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in engineering, construction, or water treatment industry is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
