Details :

  • 5 Day work (Mon-Fri), 8.30AM-5.30PM
  • Location: Commonwealth MRT (3-5 Min away)

Job Scope :

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide advisory support on manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce capability development.
  • Drive company culture, employee engagement, and support change management initiatives.

Workforce Planning & Talent Management

  • Partner with business units to forecast manpower needs and support succession planning efforts.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams and external agencies to source talent for key roles.
  • Monitor workforce trends, retention strategies, and optimize manpower allocation.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Advise management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Support investigations and proper documentation of employee-related incidents when required.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance management frameworks, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders on performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in annual salary reviews and compensation benchmarking exercises.
  • Provide recommendations on remuneration structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

Organizational Development & Training

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Support leadership development and workforce capability-building programs.

HR Policy & Process Implementation

  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
  • Drive HR process improvements and support digitalization initiatives.

Candidates should have the ability to communicate in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with Japanese management and headquarters.
