[What the role is]
We are looking for an HR leader to build and own the HR function for a dedicated team driving Singapore's future of financial services development. Working at the intersection of AI and digital finance, you will play a central role in building the people foundation of an initiative that will define Singapore's financial services landscape for years to come.[What you will be working on]
You will develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and evolving talent needs, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will translate talent needs into actionable HR strategies, spanning workforce planning, performance management, and organisational culture. You will drive employee engagement and ensure our people practices remain competitive, compliant, and fit for purpose as we scale. Over time, this role will take on increasing strategic scope and leadership responsibility, offering the incumbent a long-term platform for significant impact.
[What we are looking for]
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring at least 10 to 15 years of HR experience, with a meaningful portion in senior HR management or people operations. Experience in building HR functions from scratch in a start-up or fast-growing organisation is highly valued, as is familiarity with Singapore's employment legislation and HR best practices. A background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
Personal Attributes
Beyond experience, we are looking for someone who builds trust easily and communicates with clarity and empathy across all levels of an organisation. You bring rigour and attention to detail, particularly around compliance, documentation, and process design, alongside self-motivation to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the human element at the heart of everything you do.
This will be a 1-year contract. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
