Duration: 6 months / 1 year (rotation applicable for 1‑year programme)
We are looking for motivated and detail‑oriented HR Interns to join our HR teams across multiple functions, including HR Business Partnering, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Medical Affairs HR, Research & Pharmacy HR, Benefits, Wellness & Engagement Section, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities (depending on assigned role):
- Support HR Business Partners in daily operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding and engagement initiatives
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination and hiring trackers
- Provide support for HR operations, such as documentation checks, reporting, billing, claims processing and data maintenance
- Assist in performance management, awards administration, employee engagement surveys and HR analytics
- Support learning & development programmes, training coordination and stakeholder reporting
- Participate in career fairs, outreach activities and employer branding initiatives
- Provide general HR administrative and project support as required
Who We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working with data, reports and dashboards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Canva/Power BI exposure is a plus
- Able to work well with diverse and multi‑disciplinary teams
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
Interview & Placement Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a panel interview with hiring managers across the different HR roles
- Following the interview, hiring managers will jointly assess strengths and interests to determine the most suitable role placement
Programme Structure:
- For 1‑year internships, interns will have the opportunity to rotate to another HR function after 6 months, allowing broader exposure and learning across HR domains
This internship offers hands‑on exposure to HR operations within a large healthcare institution, with opportunities to learn from experienced HR professionals across multiple specialties.
