Responsibilities
- Source, review, and shortlist talent resumes to support recruitment consultants in filling job vacancies.
- Operate and grow company social media accounts to attract talent and enhance employer branding.
- Design and post engaging recruitment content across digital platforms to increase candidate engagement.
- Accurately handle recruitment paperwork, data entry, and documentation to maintain organized records.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree student or graduate in HR, Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Passion or experience in managing social media accounts such as Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational skills to perform meticulous administrative tasks.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates and create content for Chinese social channels.
