Employee Communication
. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
. Help prepare communication materials for employee engagement initiatives.
Special Projects
. Participate in HR projects such as reviewing and simplifying HR forms and notifications.
. Auditing and updating documents in employee P-files.
. Supporting other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Previous internship or experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
