Role Summary
We+ Asia is looking for a HR Intern to support the APAC HR team in delivering people initiatives, recruitment processes, HR administration, and employee engagement activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced consultancy environment, offering valuable learning opportunities in talent management, compliance, and HR systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support - Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare documentation, and support exit processes.
- HR Administration - Handle employee record management, prepare HR letters/contracts, and support payroll/benefits administration.
- HR Operations - Update HR databases, track attendance/leave records, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Employee Engagement - Support planning of HR events, workshops, and wellness activities.
- Learning & Development - Assist in tracking training programs and collating feedback.
- HR Projects - Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives such as surveys, policy reviews, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR administration, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact across cultures and departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic consultancy setting.
