About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and understand the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in updating internal HR databases with employee information (e.g., contact details, employment documents).
Support payroll processes by collecting data on leave records, working hours, and banking details.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Help coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Assist in posting, updating, and removing job listings across various platforms (job boards, career sites, social media).
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports (e.g., training summaries, department budgets).
Respond to basic employee queries, especially related to benefits and leave entitlements.
Support in reviewing, formatting, and distributing company policies.
Contribute to organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and career fairs.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exposure to HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
