Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Employer Branding Support

  • Support end‑to‑end internship and junior hiring activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including content creation and updates on platforms such as LinkedIn and recruitment portals.
  • Learning & Development
  • Support the coordination and delivery of L&D activities such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. wellbeing events).
  • Assist in preparing training materials, communications, and post‑event feedback analysis.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, HR trackers, and documentation in accordance with internal processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team on day‑to‑day tasks.
  • HR Projects & Data Support
  • Support ad‑hoc HR projects related to engagement, culture, and process improvement.
  • Assist with basic HR reporting and data analysis using Excel and internal HR tools.

Requirements- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people‑related topics.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive learning mindset.
