Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Employer Branding Support
- Support end‑to‑end internship and junior hiring activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including content creation and updates on platforms such as LinkedIn and recruitment portals.
- Learning & Development
- Support the coordination and delivery of L&D activities such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. wellbeing events).
- Assist in preparing training materials, communications, and post‑event feedback analysis.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in maintaining employee records, HR trackers, and documentation in accordance with internal processes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team on day‑to‑day tasks.
- HR Projects & Data Support
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects related to engagement, culture, and process improvement.
- Assist with basic HR reporting and data analysis using Excel and internal HR tools.
Requirements- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people‑related topics.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive learning mindset.
