How We Work:
About this Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our global people team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or fresh graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of Human Resources within a fast-paced environment. You will support the HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and HR projects.
Career Opportunity:
Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for a permanent, full-time position, subject to business requirements and performance. The role could be based in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Shanghai. Please be advised that the Company will not sponsor work visas for this conversion; candidates must possess valid work authorization for the relevant jurisdiction.
Work Arrangement: at least 3 business days per week for 36 months - Onsite working
What you'll do:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation preparation, and onboarding administration.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR-related documents, letters, reports, and employment records.
Support day-to-day HR administrative operations and ensure timely completion of routine HR tasks.
3. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in HR initiatives such as employer branding, campus and early career programs, employee engagement activities, policy updates, and process optimization.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare materials to support HR projects and decision-making.
Leverage AI tools to improve HR productivity and contribute ideas for process automation and continuous improvement.
4. General Support
Provide ad hoc support to the HR team on recruitment, operations, and cross-functional HR initiatives as assigned.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
What we are looking for:
Open to penultimate and final-year undergraduate students who are legally authorized to work in Singapore without company sponsorship.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); AI-native;
Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Interpersonal: A proactive and positive attitude with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
