Our HR Internship offers hands-on experience in training operations, program coordination, and learning administration. You will play a key role in ensuring our training initiatives run smoothly — from scheduling and logistics to participant engagement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination & Logistics
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and certification programs, including scheduling and participant communication.
- Manage training calendars and ensure all sessions are organized efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, feedback collection, and post-training documentation.
- Liaise with trainers, external partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of learning activities.
Learning Administration
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports on participation and learning outcomes.
- Support the maintenance of learning databases and shared resources.
- Assist with procurement and logistics of training materials, kits, and equipment.
Employee Engagement & Development Support
- Assist in onboarding sessions and internal workshops to enhance employee learning experiences.
- Support communication and engagement efforts to promote learning initiatives across the company.
- Gather participant feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the effectiveness of programs.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the improvement of L&D workflows, templates, and documentation.
- Support the People team on ad-hoc HR and engagement projects related to learning and capability development.
What we are looking out for
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Passionate about people development and enjoys creating positive learning experiences.
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or learning tools is a plus.
- A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work comfortably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination, time management, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to commit for at least 3 months for either full-time or part-time basis.
