Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, workshops, and social events.
  • Work closely with the HR team to design and implement creative engagement campaigns that enhance company culture.
  • Organize and manage logistics for employee events, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and communications.
  • Support in developing internal communications content (emails, posters, videos) to promote activities and initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve engagement programs.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong event planning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; design skills (Canva, Photoshop) a plus.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about employee experience and workplace culture.
