The HR Intern supports the HR department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, and employee welfare initiatives. The role also assists in helping to build a strong candidate pipeline. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of HR.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in terms of daily operational duties including but not limited to job posting, onboarding preparation, offboarding preparation, compensation & benefits administration, employee welfare
- Support the planning and executing of e-career fairs and developing effective candidates pipeline
- Establish and maintain good relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to stay abreast of current and future hiring and HR matters
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Human Resources in Polytechnic/University
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, proactive and good team player
