Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive visa support for our global employees, including visa application processes, renewals, and compliance with local regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visa matters
  • Manage the contract archives for all global employees, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and securely stored
  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to reflect accurate employee data and records
  • Assist the HRBP in managing the global workforce, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide consultation and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship experience in HR within a tech company or R&D center is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with HR processes and administrative tasks is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create and manage various administrative documents efficiently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent service orientation
  • Fluent English & Chinese as a working language
