HR Intern (6 months, Airline Road)

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to help elevate our organizational brand and internal engagement. Located at our Changi office, you will have significant ownership over how we communicate our culture to the world and how we celebrate our people internally

Core Responsibilities:

1. Employer Branding: Manage our professional and social digital presence. You will lead content creation and community engagement to showcase our workplace culture across various external platforms.

2. Corporate Excellence: Identify and coordinate submissions for awards and certifications to benchmark our organizational success.

3. Employee Recognition: Assist in the end-to-end planning of internal recognition events and programs aimed at celebrating staff milestones and long-term commitment.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma / Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or any related field.

2. Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of digital platform algorithms, trends, and content strategy.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and a flair for creative storytelling.

4. Mindset: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a desire to build a career in HR
