As our HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Manager with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions. You will also play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and HR administration, including covering our receptionist when needed.
[Your Role & Responsibilities]
- Assist the HR Manager with all HR matters, including tasks and projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate HR records (Personnel files, HRMS, HR trackers) and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with HR documentation, including employment letters and confirmation letters.
- Coordinate with the IT and Admin departments for onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Support the administration of employee benefits (insurance, dental, medical, training claims).
- Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, issue resolution, and inquiries with the insurance broker.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment, not limited to posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, supporting due diligence checks (e.g. reference checks, salary verification) and the logistics required for onboarding of new hires.
- Be part of our Staff Recreational Committee (SRC) to plan fun and meaningful employee activities.
- Cover the front-desk during lunch breaks and during the receptionist's absence (e.g., leave, medical leave etc.)

[Education]
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or have a diploma in human resources or a related field.
[Skills & Requirements]
- Must be able to commit at least 6 months for this internship program. 5 months will be considered.
- Ability to maintain sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Having some knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR practices will be a plus (not a must)
