The job scope includes, but not limited to:
Performance Management and Awards
You will support logistics and administration for Performance Management and National Day Award, which includes:
- Designing of emailers and comms materials
- Liaising and collation of input from divisions/agencies
- Providing logistical and administrative support for scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Preparation of promotion certificates and announcements
Talent Management
You will support logistics and administration for Talent Management, which includes:
- Liaising and collection of input from divisions/agencies
- Admin support on training/overseas trips-related matters
- Logistical support for meetings and engagement events
Board Appointment
- Administer board appointment process such as record management, working with policy divisions to prepare and submit documents for approval
- Seek Board approval for board appointment from PSD, DCAC and SPB
- Address feedback and queries from staff and agencies on various issues
- Review and document processes in line with Public Service guidelines
- Update information in intranet (surveys, banners, staff directory and HROD resource page)
Job Grading
- Liaising and collation of job descriptions from division
- Record management and updating of database
- Logistical support for meetings
You will undertake any other work as assigned.
Requirements
Relevant Fields of Study
- Human Resource, Business, Business IT
Requisite Skills
- Prior HR experience is useful, but candidates with no experience are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office i.e excel, powerpoint and word.
Contract duration: 3 months (may be extended to a maximum period of 1 year, subject to work performance and client's requirements)
Working Arrangement:
- Mon- Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $2,760 to $3,590 per month (commensurate with experience)
