Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Graduate to work alongside the regional Talent Acquisition (TA) team in supporting recruitment across the APAC region. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys communicating with stakeholders, working with systems and spreadsheets, and turning recruitment data into clear, actionable insights.

You will gain exposure to regional recruitment operations, employer branding, data-driven hiring, and the rollout of a new regional TA platform. A strong aptitude for data, reporting, and stakeholder coordination is central to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Clean, validate, and analyze recruitment data to support hiring decisions

  • Track TA KPIs and maintain dashboards and regional reporting

  • Support process improvement through data gathering and documentation

  • Assist with talent mapping and market research

Systems & Process

  • Support the rollout of a new regional TA platform, including testing and data migration

  • Support the use of ATS and CRM systems across the region

  • Assist with recruitment process and data-related queries

  • Support regional vacancy approval processes

Communication & Stakeholders

  • Coordinate with recruiting centres and local TA Leads across APAC

  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep activities on track

Recruitment Support

  • Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities across APAC

  • Assist sourcing activities for selected roles

  • Support the use of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and universities

  • Assist with onboarding and induction coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or a related field

  • Internship or up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred

  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations

  • Comfort and genuine interest in working with data, spreadsheets, and systems
