What You'll Do

• Support recruitment activities across APAC
• Source and engage top talent using modern recruitment tools
• Analyse recruitment data and prepare reports and dashboards
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Assist with recruitment systems, process improvements, and regional projects
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders across multiple countries

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Internship or up to one year of experience is an advantage
• Passion for Talent Acquisition and building careers
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working with data, technology, and Excel
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
