Our client is global industrial player and is seeking an HR Generalist to be part of their Singapore team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Act as a key HR point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting workforce needs
- Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with vendor, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support rollout and implementation of HR projects, systems, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies, and resolve employee queries efficiently
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
- Strong expertise in Excel and generating reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
