HR Operation Expert (Mandarin speaking)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned HR Operation Expert to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for optimizing and managing the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of proven experience in HR operations, with excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, optimize and implement HR operation processes and systems, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll support, benefits administration, and attendance management, to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee master data in HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensure data integrity and timely updates, and provide data support for HR reporting and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, IT) to ensure smooth execution of HR operations, including payroll processing, tax filing, benefits enrollment, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update HR operation policies and procedures, ensure alignment with company strategy and legal requirements, and conduct training and communication to promote policy implementation.
  • Handle complex HR operation issues and inquiries from employees and managers, provide professional solutions and support, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Monitor and analyze HR operation metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement optimization plans.
  • Support internal HR projects such as system upgrades, process transformation, and global mobility programs (if applicable), and ensure effective execution of project-related HR operation tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, with a solid understanding of end-to-end HR operation processes.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to HR operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, with good team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
  • Prior working experience in the fintech or internet industry; experience in managing global HR operations or cross-border teams is a plus.
