Key Responsibilitie
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, for roles across various levels.
- Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to align manpower planning and hiring strategies with organizational needs.
- Contribute to the design and execution of HR programs, budgets, and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers, external agencies, universities, and government stakeholders.
- Drive proactive candidate sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen the employer brand.
- Prepare, present, and finalize employment offers in a timely and professional manner.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
- Support HR Business Partners in refining job specifications, competency frameworks, and workforce planning.
- Assist in broader HR projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview, assessment, and selection processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines and industry relationships.
- Experience with Workday is an advantage.
- IHRP-CP certification preferred but not required.
