We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to provide maternity cover (4 days per week). This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple international markets to ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Middle East and Japan.
- Provide support for recruitment, including gathering hiring requirements, managing offers, and building strong talent pipelines across the business units.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver suitable talent solutions.
- Handle HR administration, including drafting employment contracts and letters, and managing MOM work pass applications and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and relevant employment laws across all operating countries and NS Portal updates.
- Support and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team bonding events, wellness programs, and internal activities.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives and conduct attrition analysis to improve retention strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices familiarity with international HR operations is a plus.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
