About the Role
ISerious is a fast-growing global technology company building the next generation of eSIM connectivity products.
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle across Singapore and China. This is a hands-on role covering talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits coordination, work pass administration, compliance, and HR process development.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building HR foundations in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable supporting both local and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Singapore, China and SEA.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, and manage onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for technical, product, operations, commercial, and corporate functions.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
HR Operations
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfers, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Ensure accurate HR administration and compliance with internal processes.
- Drive HR process automation and operational efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll with external vendors.
- Administer employee benefits and insurance programs.
- Support salary reviews, bonus administration, and compensation benchmarking.
- Coordinate CPF, statutory contributions, and HR-related government submissions.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR regulations.
- Work with China HR partners or external vendors to support local compliance and HR matters.
Regional HR & Work Pass Administration
- Manage Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Dependant Pass, and related immigration matters.
- Support cross-border HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, and Employment Pass processes.
- Good understanding of China / Malaysia / SEA HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, FinTech, telecommunications, or startup environments.
- Experience supporting regional or cross-border HR operations.
