Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a well‑established international financial institution to appoint a HR Generalist to join their Singapore office. This role offers broad HR exposure within a regulated, multinational environment and is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys hands‑on delivery and partnering closely with the business.

This individual will be responsible for providing end‑to‑end HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee relations support, performance management processes, payroll and benefits coordination, and HR data reporting. Working closely with the head of HR and key stakeholders, the role will support the consistent application of global HR policies while ensuring compliance with local requirements.

The HR Generalist will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing practical guidance on HR policies, processes, and people‑related matters. The role requires someone who is organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced, and compliance‑driven environment, typical of financial services.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and service‑oriented HR professional with experience gained in banking, insurance, financial services, or other multinational organisations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a global HR framework will be key to success.
